Teva Pharmaceuticals, the world's largest generic pharmaceutical company, has entered into a licensing agreement with Bayer Healthcare for the rights to its erectile dysfunction drug Viagra from Pfizer Inc., the company said.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pfizer will sell the rights to Viagra to Bayer in the United States.
